As a result of the Renew My Church program, the Archdiocese of Chicago consolidated the Canonical Parish of Holy Family Church with Notre Dame de Chicago in 2019. Thus, Saturday evening, Sunday morning/afternoon, Easter and Christmas Masses are NOT held at
Church of the Holy Family since we are no longer a parish. Under the leadership of Fr. Lukas Laniauskas, S.J., President of Church of the Holy Family Preservation Society, new initiatives have been taken to restore the church and adjacent spaces in a way that highlights Fr. Damen’s vision of marrying faith and education. The church will continue to be a focal point of Saint Ignatius College Prep’s spiritual formation and outreach. 

In keeping with our Jesuit traditions, everyone is welcome to join the Saint Ignatius College Prep community to worship at any of our First Friday Masses held at the beginning of each month to honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in addition to other school Masses.
