Funeral services for Eleanora (Nora) Jackson will be held on Friday March 13, 2026 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL.

Nora’s family and friends will gather for a prepast from 10:00-11:30 at Blake-Lamb, followed by the funeral service at 11:45 a.m.

Eleanora Haney Jackson played a crucial role in the campaign to save Church of the Holy Family. She is pictured below in 1991 holding the “Landmark Reclaimed” award from the Philadelphia-based Partners for Sacred Spaces, along with Rev. George A. Lane, S.J., Constance Mortell, and Karen Pepper.
